I always choose this wonderful place for my stay. At my first visit, the staff kindly helped with my luggage. It has everything I need, from Wi-Fi to a fitness studio. I keep coming back for a romantic escape. No regrets!

The breakfast had a great variety of choices, with special menus available and a buffet option. The location of the hotel was ideal, as we were able to walk to many nearby attractions, such as the famous skyscrapers and shopping malls. Another advantage was the fantastic pool area, with comfortable cabanas and towels provided.

The staff at the reception were unprofessional and left a negative impression. When I asked about a smoking room, the lady at the reception gave conflicting information about the hotel's policy and repeatedly warned me about potential fines.

The hotel's fantastic location made it a breeze to explore Dubai's iconic attractions, such as the Burj Khalifa, vibrant souks, and The Dubai Mall, which was just a short walk away. Additionally, the easy access to the beaches and the airport made our family excursions hassle-free.

My wife says that the addition of a kids' club or activities would have been beneficial for families with children.
